Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the game TileSlide (the “Service”), developed and operated by Witzora, based in Sweden. By using the Service you accept the Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Together with the Privacy policy, the Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Witzora.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service with an account. Where the age of consent for data processing is higher, you must meet that requirement or have a guardian's consent.

3. Accounts

You can play without an account. An account (Google, Apple or email) is required for leaderboards, statistics and duels. You agree to provide accurate information, choose an appropriate display name, keep your account secure, use only one account per person and take responsibility for the activity on it.

4. The Service

The Service includes puzzles in various sizes, the Daily challenge, photo puzzles, leaderboards, statistics and online duels. The Service is free. We may change, add or remove features, and we strive for but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

5. Conduct

You may not cheat (for example with automated solvers or by tampering with the client or network traffic), exploit bugs to affect leaderboards, disturb other players, or attempt unauthorized access to the system. Results deemed invalid can be removed.

6. Display-name moderation

Display names are checked automatically and may be reviewed manually. We may reject, replace or remove names that are offensive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Your content

Photos you upload for photo puzzles remain yours and are private on your account. You are responsible for having the right to use the images and for them not being unlawful. We store them solely to provide the feature and remove them when you delete them or when your account is deleted.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code and graphics, belongs to Witzora. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app for private purposes. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Consent management → Delete account). Deletion takes effect after a 7-day grace period; the account and your results are then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is and without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service is always error-free or available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Witzora is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in the Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory legislation.

12. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy policy, found in the same menu as these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by Swedish general courts. As a consumer you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
